Craig Pruess is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, record producer, arranger, sound designer and sound engineer. He was born and raised in Westchester County, New York. Craig began playing music while very young. He studied physics and philosophy at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, also known as MIT. Later on Pruess traveled and became a full time member of the teaching staff at the East African Conservatoire of Music in Nairobi, Kenya (1971-1973). In March of 1973 he settled in England.
